Shipping Information:
Downloads are available immediately after purchase on your confirmation page, in your account, as well as your notification of purchase email. We have also included instructions on our website how to re-download if necessary. Physical shipments are sent on the next business day if received after 3pm eastern time M-F. Weekend shipments are sent out first thing the following Monday if it is not a holiday.

In the United States we recommend using USPS flat rate priority which typically takes 3-5 days. If you use UPS, tracking numbers are usually available. If you feel your order is missing, please contact us immediately by email: support@michaelthemaven.com
